Established in 1990, the company is specialized in manufacturing the plastic doors and windows, plastic panel and all kinds of plastic special material extrusion mould. After developing for 10 years, we are equipped with more than 70 sets of special-purpose process machine for mould and the enterprise is favored with 90 over qualified professional staff. The annual output goes beyond 1000 sets of various plastic special material extrusion moulds. The quantity of plastic pinch plate, ceiling board and mould that our company produces has already accounted for more than 50% of domestic demand now. The small-lot of the products has already been exported to the countries, such as Ukraine, Egypt, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, etc. The mould made of our company adopts the domestic high-quality stainless steel, which have good performance in hardness, wear-resisting and corrosion-resistant under high temperature and high-pressure working environment after special craft of heat treatment, what the traditional heat treatment craft can not do. Therefore we lengthen the service life of the mould.
